A welcome that's been here for generations

The Red Lion has always been more than a pub. It's where the village gathers — for Sunday lunch with three generations round the table, for a quiet pint by the fire, for the big nights and the ordinary Tuesdays alike.

Under Binay, we've kept all of that and raised the plate. Our kitchen cooks with the seasons and the best of Oxfordshire's producers, our cellar is stocked with local cask ales, and the door is always open to a warm welcome.

01

Local first

We buy from Oxfordshire growers, brewers and butchers wherever we can. Fresher plates, fewer miles.

02

Made properly

Stocks reduced, bread baked, roasts slow-cooked. The good stuff takes time, and we take it.

03

Everyone welcome

Dogs in the bar, high chairs in the dining room, and a table for one by the window. This is your local.

We're hiring
